Because of one of Fatou’s mess-ups, André realizes that his fin is really really small and it depresses him because he is convinced it’s behind all of his complexes. Fatou feels guilty and decides to help him. She and Roger are going to graft a much bigger fin on to his back. Of course it’s not a real fin, Roger is no plastic surgeon, it’s a fake one, made out of cardboard. So during a fake operation without anesthesia and the patient blindfolded, Roger and Fatou glue a cardboard fin onto André’s real fin. Super happy with his new fin, Andrés self-confidence goes shooting up and off he swims into the high seas to confront the dangerous world of the big, wide ocean. Problem: cardboard and glue decompose in water! André discovers with horror that he has been totally bamboozled and his lack of self-confidence returns with a vengeance and along with it, his ability to swim. Roger and Fatou manage to save him just in time...
