Fatou has ordered a fairy wand, believing that it will give her real magical powers. Of course it doesn’t and she becomes so sad that Roger decides to do something to make her believe that she really can do magic. Having decided that she wants to spread happiness all over the island, Fatou visits all the inhabitants in order to make their wishes come true. Caught in his little web of lies, Roger is obliged to cover up for his tricks by creating the illusion that Fatou’s wand really does do magic! That is, until the inevitable catastrophe…
