Ricky is over eager when he and the buddies visit Hank and Helen to get their Ramp Camp rescue badges. Instead of helping the other buddies in rescue practice Ricky zooms in and takes over leaving the other buddies with nothing to do. When Scootio, DJ, and Loop become deflated Ricky learns that rescue is about working as part of a team.
