With her long talking in a cave in Pixieville's park, Chatta awakens the Chatty Monster, a three-headed creature that speaks non-stop. If the Monster is silenced or doesn't get an answer to its rambling questions, it gets nervous and destroys whatever it finds in its way. The Chatty Monster spreads panic throughout the city. But eventually Chatta will manage to knock it out with her chatters!
