There is an ice cream cart in the park where Misha and her friends play, that makes the best ice cream in the world. Howie is one of its biggest fans. One afternoon the cart is gone from its spot: the ice cream maker had broken down. Howie goes home and gets to work building an ice cream maker… and one that makes delicious ice cream. It is so good that everyone is asking himf or ice cream. Fed up with all of that pressure, Howie takes the machine to the ice cream vendor and gives it to him as a gift.
