A rival of Agent Brains, Egghead, comes to Earth to prove once and for all that Agent Brains is inferior in the area of knowledge, and that Egghead should have won the Secret Agent Award over her. Egghead hypnotizes Friday and uses him to complete the evil mission at hand.
